Two things, on top of the plan itself: we turn on early access to chat to automation for your workspace, and you get an onboarding call with our team to map your first automations. Both come with an annual Team plan started before August 31. They're add-ons, not a discount, so the price is the same one you see on the card.

It's the quickest way to get work off your plate. Chat with your tools to get answers and take action, then turn the boring, repetitive parts into automations as fast as you can describe them. We're rolling it out gradually, so it might not be on your account yet.

Yes. No card, no time limit. It's meant for exploring the product and building lightweight automations. You get a fresh batch of credits every day, so if you use them all, you wait until tomorrow.

Mostly credits: you pay for what your automations actually run. Beyond that, the plan you're on sets how many people can use it and which features you get.

A credit is the single unit behind everything your automations do. Running a flow costs 1 credit, however many steps are in it. AI steps cost more, 2 to 20 depending on the model, or 1 if you bring your own AI key.

Depends on your plan. On Free, your flows stay switched on but any runs past your quota won't go through until credits refresh the next day. On Plus and Team they keep running and you pay for the extra. Ultimate has a yearly pool, so one heavy month is fine.

Yes. Community Edition is open source, free forever, with no cap on runs, users, or flows. It's the automation core on its own, so a fair amount sits outside it: Agents and Chat, Projects, API access, and the whole team and admin layer, meaning SSO, user roles, audit logs, secret managers, branding, and Git Sync. Support is the community, not our team.

Self-hosting decides where Activepieces runs, not what it can do. Paying adds the layer you need once more than a couple of people depend on it: controlling who has access, seeing who changed what, keeping teams and clients separate, shipping changes safely, and running Agents and Chat. It also puts our team on the other end instead of a forum.

You're not stuck. Anything with an API works right away through the HTTP piece or a webhook. For a proper integration, pieces are open source TypeScript, so you or we can build one.

SSO, standard roles, and email support start on Team. Ultimate adds SCIM provisioning, custom roles, audit logs, secret managers, event streaming, private pieces, branding, Git Sync with releases, and a dedicated support contact. All of it runs on our cloud or on your own servers.
